DECO Product Labels

Labels: A graphic element overlaid ON AN IMAGE to provide additional information, context, or identification.

DECO Label: Any icons/ graphic elements DISPLAY ON your product IMAGE(S).

Where can I create my label? 🎐

After hitting the button: "Create" in the dashboard page, you will be directed to this screen:

NOTE: You can also request a further customization with the help of our graphic designer team if needed by hitting on the button: "Request edit"/ "Request now"

How to create DECO labels? 🌸

STEP 1: Design ✨

TYPES OF LABEL

You can choose between these 2 types of label:

IMAGE LABEL

TEXT LABEL

Upload your pre-made design/ Choose from our template gallery.

Customize the content(e.g. text, shape, color, etc)/ Upload your pre-made design.

Image label: A label using image, you can't edit content

Text label: A label using a shape and you can edit the content within that shape

NOTE: With "Text label", you can choose 1 pre-made shape to use when clicking on "Choose from library" OR Upload your own shape with "Upload image"

After choosing 1 shape, you can enter anything you want in the box( it will be reflected in the preview) or click on "Add variables" to use our auto-options:

SIZE

You can adjust the label's size (DIFFERENTLY) for each pages/devices:

>> You can choose to adjust the size for ALL PAGES/ for EACH SEPARATE PAGES/ DEVICES

+ For ALL PAGES:

Image Label

Text Label

Same ratio: Drag the button 1 time, label will automatically be adjusted so that the height = the width

Auto responsive: Drag to adjust the width, height of label shape and the text font size.

-> The label will be automatically adjusted to look the same as the preview in the app

+ For Each PAGES/DEVICES

Image Label

Text label

Untick for "Same ratio" box
Swipe between "Mobile" & "Desktop"
Click on "Collection page" to change between Collection page & Product page

Untick for "Auto responsive" box
Swipe between "Mobile" & "Desktop"
Click on "Collection page" to change between Collection page & Product page

NOTE: when you adjust the size for collection page, it will be also automatically applied for home page( main page), search page

POSITION

You can choose 9 basic positions or have more flexible positions with "Adjust position manually" OR "Edit margin"

Also, you can choose your label to display on which devices by hitting on the "Selector" button:

(Label text only):

You can click on the round shape to choose color for your label background or label text.
Also, you can custom space between letters, add borders around label or adjust the round corner for your label

OTHER SETTINGS

You can also have some other settings for your labels as below:

Besides, we have some SEO support tools( Add action when click on label, Show tooltip for label and Alt text for SEO)

Add action when click on label: By adding a link, when buyers click on the label, it will redirect them to that link.

Show tooltip for label: Display a short note when buyers hover on the label.

Alt text for SEO: Add a description of your label for SEO purpose.

STEP 2: Products 🏷️

For both image labels and text label

Here is a compulsory step! You will need to choose products for your label before "save" it.

There are 3 kinds of options:

I - Specific products

This is in the Free plan

You will select products manually 1 by 1, and your label will only display on all selected products

II - All products

This is in the "Starter" plan

1-click, and your label will display on ALL ACTIVE PRODUCTS on your store

III - Conditions

This is in both the "Starter" and "Growth" plan

Automatic conditions, which save much of your time

IV - Basic & Advanced Conditions

Weight range

Input the weight range; labels will only display for items within those limits

Price range

Input the price range; labels will only display for items within those limits

Product title

Type keywords; DECO will find matching product titles/variants and display your label on them.

Product collections

Choose the desired collections; your label will be displayed on all products belong to those collections

Exclude collections

If you select this condition, the label will not be displayed on any products within the collections you have selected.

Product tags

Enter the product tags from your Shopify store. The label will then be displayed on any products that have those tags.

NOTE: Write EXACTLY the tag (even the UPPER/ LOWERCASE words)

Exclude tags

Products with the entered tag(s) will not display the label.

Discount status

By choosing "Fixed value" or "Value range", your label will display on all matching products

NOTE: Click on "settings" button to choose between "Percentage (%)" or "Certain amount ($)" first

Inventory status

NOTE: Before choosing any inventory status, please check on the "Setting" button FIRST:

NOTE: Products with "Inventory not tracked" won't be counted for this condition

Select 1 of those conditions, your labels will display on matching products

New status

Set the start and end dates to display the label on products created within that period.

Please do the settings before choosing any status

Include products

If you've selected the "Product collections" condition but want to also display the label on additional products outside those collections, use this condition to specify them.

Exclude products

To exclude specific products within selected collections from the label display, use this condition.

Add matching meta field

Enter your product meta field here, your label will display on matching products

Specific product variants

This condition will help you choose which variants you would like to show your label on

STEP 3: DISPLAY 📅

This is the place to choose which pages you want to display your label on

Choose pages to display your label

Choose the market to show

You can either select to display your label on all markets/ only some specific markets

Select the time display

You can schedule when your labels appear on your online store. This means you can choose specific dates and times for your labels to be visible to customers.

Set up the label's priority

This feature will control the order in which labels are displayed on products, especially when multiple labels are applied to the same item.
This prevents labels from overlapping and ensures the most important labels are always visible.
