🧭Countdown Timer

First, if you're a new user, create your first banner by clicking on "Banners" > choose "Create banner"

This is the feature for "Fixed banner" only

1. How to find it?

Then you will see this screen: choose "Fixed banner" > Scroll down to "Countdown Timer" section as in this screenshot:

2. Custom Your Countdown Timer

Step 1: To start off, tick for the box: "Show countdown on banner", you will have a result like this:

Step 2: Choose and adjust 1 in 2 time types:

Count down to a specific date:

You can choose the date, the month, the year and even the time for your countdown, so that your timer will start to count down from the time you entered

Fixed times (Minute):

When you enter 1 specific number, the timer will start to count down from that time

Note: with "Fixed times( Minute), you can loop your countdown as well, so that when the time on banner end, it will begin again automatically.

Step 3: Enter the text you want for 4 time labels(optional)

Step 4: Choose action for your banner, when the time ends: Do nothing OR Hide banner

• Do nothing: Banner will STAY to DISPLAY on your store even though the countdown time ended

• Hide banner: Banner will STOP to DISPLAY on your store when the countdown time ended and your banner status will be automatically changed into: "Expired" in-app
